Some Leamington Landmarks

When you think of landmarks in Leamington the Pump Rooms come to mind, all those Georgian and Regency houses, All Saints Church …. but these images are of rather more recent buildings – the Loft Theatre and the Dale Street Methodist church, built by the same man, Leamington builder, Jack Rhodes.

This was one of those “if it was easy we wouldn’t need to pay a photographer” jobs. Back in March Leamington had been invaded by Severn Trent Water though to be fair it may well have been the council who were digging up Dale Street and the obvious place from where to photograph the Loft theatre was in the middle of a building site.
